Thank you for the interest in writing for the Weld Guru. We are always interested in receiving submissions from companies and writers interested in welding and related topics.
Before you submit, please review these guidelines.
Articles should be 600 or more words. We will except long articles.
Articles with pictures are preferred. We will include photos if certify that WeldGuru.com has the rights to publish the photos. Original pictures are preferred.
Articles must be original to the author and unpublished elsewhere. All submissions must pass a review by the Grammarly plagiarism tool and a Google search. We only post articles with a Grammarly score of 95 or higher. If you do not have Grammarly, we will make the necessary adjustments. We reserve the right to edit articles. At your request we can share for input before posting.
Articles should start with a brief summary paragraph followed by the body of the piece.
Articles can have up to three links. We suggest one link be to an industry resource and another should point to a page on the Weld Guru site.
We do not pay for guest contributions. The author retains the copyright, but WeldGuru may reprint any article.
We will gladly list the name of the author, a link to a relevant blog (in addition to those listed above) and a picture.
We accept submissions as a Google Doc or Word Document. If you would like, feel free to send a pitch or idea before submitting an article. Either approach works for us. Contact us at [email protected] with the subject line pitch or article submission.
We will get back to you within 24 hours. Once articles are accepted, we will inform you via email.
